We have a couple community service projects coming up we would love for you to join us!   Our next event will be at the Lakeview Pantry on Saturday, February 25th at 10a. The basics of the day will consist of assisting with working the counter, dealing with the pantry clients, packing groceries for clients, restocking food, repacking bulk foods, sorting clothing, etc.

More about UNICEF Tap Project: Water. It is a resource that many of us take for granted. Yet more than one billion people around the world do not have access to clean water; one in five are children. The lack of clean and accessible drinking water is the second largest killer worldwide of children under five. Nearly 4,100 children die every day because of diseases from dirty water.  As the world's leading children's organization, saving more lives than any other humanitarian organization, UNICEF understands the critical role water plays in a child's survival.  To address this situation, a nationwide effort was launched during World Water Week (March 19-25) called the UNICEF Tap Project to raise funds for the cause www.tapproject.org
