We have finalized registration for our alumni second indoor soccer team and all information is listed below. Since we can only have five players on the field at a time we'll need to limit the number of players on the team. So the first 12 people to sign up will be part of the Scarlet & Gray team and they will have their first game starting Thursday, December 19th.
Here's what you'll need to do so you can be part of the team:

1) 20% off on team gamedays (Not including items on special)
2) Wheel House is giving us money for both alumni teams. In return, we have committed to going to Wheel House as our social gathering after/before each game.
3) They are willing to give us more money towards our alumni by offering a fundraiser/party. Generally they would like it on a Friday or Saturday and it will last for 3 hours. The price is $30/person which includes domestic drafts and wells. By doing this we’ll get a $20 cut back/person that will go directly to us. It’s a pretty standard wristband price that they give a big cut on. They allow one/team per season. So let’s do our best to take advantage of this so we can get the most money. SweatVac Performance Wear has designed our alumni jersey shown above. They are giving us a great deal at only $10/shirt. This will be in addition to the league fees.
We have been given the opportunity to request a block of tickets for the Rose Bowl through the Alumni Association. Because of the quick turnaround and timing, we need to submit our official request no later than Wednesday, December 4.
If you wish to purchase tickets (limit 2 per household) to the Rose Bowl, please respond to this email with the following:
To be eligible to request tickets you must be a dues-paying member of (fill in name of club/society) and either a Sustaining or Life Member of the Alumni Association.
Confirmation will be determined by December 11th. Tickets will not be available for pick-up until close to or after Christmas. We will notify you of when and where we will distribute the tickets.
If the football team does not receive an invitation to the Rose Bowl, there is a chance they may be invited to the Orange or Sugar Bowl. If you are interested in requesting tickets for either of these other two bowl games, then follow the above steps above, but DO NOT send a check at this time. We will collect money after official bowl announcements are made on December 8th. Unfortunately, the BCS National Championship is not included.
